Nike Trial Zone is an interactive shoe trialing experience that aims to provide customers to ability to try out shoes much like pros.
The users are presented with a video wall, that showcases multiple famous streetbal venues. The drill instructions are superposed on to the video in Unity and the multi-kinect tracking system provides technology to assess the users physical activity.
Controlled by a connected tablet, the brand athlete bridges the shoe that the customer wants to buy and the drill they are looking. This gives an option to try the shoe's specific features in action, not just the fit.
The system is powered multiple Microsoft Kinects, Unity and is integrated with the Nike+ system.
